Surrounded by Mediterranean flowering plants such as hibiscus, some palm and olive trees adorn the small but very fine outdoor area.
A staircase leads to the villa's covered terrace, which is laid out in an L shape. There is plenty of space for sun loungers and a solid wood table with high modern rattan backs.
There is another romantic space in a kind of patio next to the kitchen that is equipped with a filigree cafeteria furniture set.
Furthermore, on the upper floor there is an attractive panoramic terrace with a partial roof and a relaxed lounge corner, which can be accessed from two bedrooms.
It does not matter if it is day or night, here you can enjoy the phenomenal view of the sea in a deeply relaxed way.
Through the anthracite colored ceiling that bathes the interior of the elegant villa in wonderful light, we now enter this 5-star property, in which we find an elegant and sophisticated decoration style that gives a timeless atmosphere. The bright rooms are largely immersed in white furniture with high-quality decorative elements made of metal and wood in a rustic and modern country house style with a vintage touch, as evidenced by the living room / dining room combination.
The noble dark solid wood doors separate the rooms from each other. In many cases, high quality Marès stone was used, which has its natural origin in the Balearic Islands. The cool kitchen is outfitted with brick cabinets matching the style of an old farmer's kitchen, all in sleek white. Thanks to the modern complete equipment, consciously chosen self-sufficiency is a real pleasure.
On the ground floor there is a single room with simple and elegant furniture, as well as a bathroom that can also be used as a guest bathroom. A wooden staircase that leads to a gallery leads to the upper floor, where the other three bedrooms are located, all of them air-conditioned.
The beds in the spacious rooms are 1.80 x 2 m in size. Two modern relaxation rooms share one of the two bathrooms, the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Each bathroom is tiled to a high standard and is equipped with a floor-to-ceiling walk-in shower area - the master bathroom has a large bathtub in which you can take a relaxing bath with a panoramic view.

The villa is in a privileged location between the two coastal towns of Cala Santanyi and Cala Figuera. Cala Santanyi is also within walking distance. The small bay of fine sand impresses with its flat entrance and its brilliant blue color.

A trip to the picturesque fishing port of Cala Figuera (distance approx. 1.3 km) should not be missed. The "Fig Bay", which looks like a fjord, is still the starting point for fishermen. At the same time, you will find very good restaurants with fresh fish along the beautiful promenade.
Neighboring cities, such as Santanyi, which was founded in the 13th century, are easily accessible. There you can take a walk through picturesque alleys and look for a nice winery and a tapas bar to complete a relaxing day.
